1. CAD Design
Whether individual components or complete assemblies, we develop customized 3D CAD designs. We focus on functionality, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Finally, we prepare production-ready drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
2. FEM Simulation
Using FEM simulations, we analyze components and assemblies under realistic loads. This enables us to identify potential weak points at an early stage and optimize the design accordingly. We also use topology optimization to make efficient use of materials and reduce weight.
