Custom Girder Deck
Girder Deck Development for Heavy-Load Transport
Transporting large, tall components in confined spaces places high demands on payload capacity, maneuverability, steering characteristics and the geometry of the transport modules. From the initial concept to the finished girder deck, also referred to as vessel bridge, we develop and build customized solutions for payloads of up to 200 t, precisely tailored to the specific transport task.

We Have Developed and Built Girder Deck
We developed and built the KB100 girder deck for in-plant transport of extremely heavy loads in confined spaces. Its modular design, specially developed steering system and redundant hydraulics enable safe transport even under demanding conditions. The low-maintenance chassis with oscillating axles ensures high reliability in daily operation.
